EveryHello Phone and SMS

One business number for calls and texts.

Choose a local US number during onboarding. EveryHello uses it for incoming Voice and SMS after the number and messaging registration are ready.

Choose when to activate the number

Both paid plans include one US number. The two onboarding paths change when the number is provisioned and when the seven trial days begin.

Phone-first

For businesses ready to test calls and SMS.

Pay a $15 activation credit, choose a number, and complete carrier registration. The credit is applied to the first paid invoice and the trial begins when phone service is ready.

Phone-first activation

  1. 1

    Choose Starter or Pro

Both plans include the same channels and one number. The usage and team limits are different.

  2. 2

    Choose a local number

Search by US area code. Number inventory changes and a specific number cannot be guaranteed until purchase completes.

  3. 3

Enter the real business and messaging details

Carrier registration uses your legal business information, tax identifier when required, website, customer-use case, sample messages, and opt-in process. Inaccurate or incomplete details can delay or prevent approval.

  4. 4

Configure and test while registration runs

Add approved knowledge, booking rules, Voice behavior, greeting, handoff rules, Web Chat, and Feedback. EveryHello shows the current readiness state in the workspace.

  5. 5

Begin the trial when phone service is ready

Your seven trial days do not run down while the phone activation is pending. If EveryHello cannot complete activation, the $15 activation credit is refunded.

Not an emergency line

Do not use the EveryHello number for emergency services or workflows that require guaranteed delivery, guaranteed availability, or HIPAA compliance.

How usage is counted

AllowanceMeasurementAt the limit
Voice minutesConnected call time, rounded as described in Billing.Automated Voice pauses until renewal or an upgrade.
SMS segmentsCarrier segments, not necessarily visible message bubbles. Long messages and some characters use more than one segment.Automated SMS pauses until renewal or an upgrade.
AI messagesAI responses sent across supported messaging surfaces.Automatic responses pause until renewal or an upgrade.

EveryHello uses hard limits at launch and does not add automatic overage charges. Allowances reset monthly and do not roll over.

Calls happen on the phone network

Web Chat is text-only. It does not place an audio call in the browser. A website can direct visitors to call the provisioned business number with their phone.
